Our System.SureWalls is a prescribed "system" for installing drywall. It consists of three patented/patent-pending vinyl profiles (outside corner, middle seam and inside corner) for installing drywall in a way that makes installation faster, easier, far more predictable and practically foolproof. Any person of even the most moderate skill level can install and finish drywall like a pro using the SureWalls system.

Each of the three profiles shown below were originally designed specifically for use with 5/8" drywall. However, we are currently developing profiles for use with 1/2" drywall as well (estimated arrival October, 2024). The outside corner and inside corner profiles accept larger cut, butt-edges, while the middle seam was designed only for tapered edge, where two drywall panels meet on a single stud. The profiles are secured directly to a stud using #8, half-inch wafer head screws every 16 inches and hold the drywall panels firmly in place with NO SCREWS through the drywall perimeter.
Outside Corner
The corner profile, PerfeCorner™, screws to a corner stud through one or both of large back flaps. The drywall panels insert firmly in specifically designed channels on both sides of the profile. The diamond shape in the profile was designed for superior impact absorption and requires no finishing. Notably, our corner is not typical "corner bead" to be finished by an installer. It literally IS a prefabricated finished corner. The installer simply muds from our corner out to the drywall panel starting from a striated flange face that begins in a slight drop-off from the corner's edge.
What you get is a perfectly formed, perfectly straight edge every time. So impact resistant that the durability rivals applied corner guards. And, it finishes perfectly with just two thin coats of mud. It's practically Perfect.

Middle Seam
The middle seam profile joins two tapered drywall panels where they meet on a single stud. It screws to the stud and the drywall panels insert into the profile channels designed to accept only tapered edges. The striated flange face of the profile sits in the valley formed where the tapered drywall edges meet and allows finishing to a perfectly flat surface with just two thin coats of mud.
Once installed, the profile creates an airtight seal between the two drywall panels and sits roughly 1mm below the plane of the drywall surface, making it an extremely easy seam to finish. It also eliminates the many hidden mistakes that notoriously occur at this site as the result of poor installation of screws at the drywall panel edges. No screws necessary with SureWalls.

Inside Corner
Our inside corner profile is designed to accommodate a typical inside corner configuration, utilizing an unfastened "slap" stud, and is integral to the superior sound attenuation of the SureWalls system. It also permits both sides of the corner to be skim-coated with joint compound at the same time rather than finishing one side and waiting for it to dry, which is the current standard using folded paper corners.
It not only guarantees a perfectly straight line for the inside corner, rather than the wavy lines often seen in poorly performed work, but also delivers a structurally strong connection free of voids and gaps that often are hiding behind nothing more than flimsy paper tape.
